Our Team

Lyndra serves as the Director of Business Development at Joint Restoration Center and Physical Therapy, where she is passionate about building community partnerships and driving growth which enhances patient care and outcomes. She earned her Masters of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 specializing in organizational change. Her academic background fuels her commitment to fostering collaborative, patient centered environments, improving team performance, and leading change with purpose and empathy.

Lyndra married her best friend Tanner in 2017, together they share a blended household consisting of three children all of which attend Broken Arrow Public Schools. She spends her free time, outside of running three active children around, reading, cleaning, baking, and taking care of her many house plants. Lyndra considers herself a lifetime learner and lover of music and books.
